National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) was established in 1986 under the sponsorship of the Cabinet of Textiles, India. It has developed as the prime Foundation of Management, Technology, Design, and advancing specialists for taking up headship postures in fashion. NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) has been allowed statutory position under the act of Parliament of India in 2006 and growing fashion business training in the state by an organization of 15 professionally succeeded homely cores at Bhopal, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kangra, Kolkata, Raebareli,  Bangalore,  Jodhpur, Kannur, Mumbai, Patna, Shillong, Bhubaneswar and Gandhinagar.

Pay Scale:
  • For Post 1 to 4: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/-
  • For Post 5 to 8: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1900/-
  • For Post 9: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1800/-
Qualification: 
  1. Steno Grade-III: Graduate and Min Speed 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typing
  2. Assistant Warden (Female): Graduation
  3. Assistant Accounts: Graduation in Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Mathematics. Diploma/certificate in Computer Application
  4. Mechine Mechanic: Diploma/Certificate from ITI as Fitter in related areas or its equivalent
  5. Junior Assistant: 12th exam or its equivalent and Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application
  6. Library Assistant: Graduate
  7. Laboratory Assistant: Graduate/10th/12th with Diploma in relevant discipline
  8. Driver: 10th class passed or its equivalent and valid driving license for two wheeler/three wheeler/light/heavy motor vehicle
  9. Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th or equivalent or ITI Pass
Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on Written Test and Skill Test
