Senior Research Fellow: One post

Qualification: ME/ M.Tech with Gate score (valid till March 2016). A minimum of 60% marks in 
the basic qualifying degree (BSc /B.Tech/BE) is required to be considered for this post. The 
candidate should have very good exposure in C/C++. Knowledge of CUDA-C and exposure to 
electromagnetics is desirable, but not a necessary requirement for screening. Selection of the 
candidate will be based on personal interview and final approval of the candidate’s credentials by 
CSIR HRDG. 

Job content: As a research fellow, the candidate will be responsible for carrying out parallel 
computing (CUDA-C) based development in MRI simulation and executing research publications 
with the supervisor/s.

Remuneration: Rs. 14000 /-

Upper Age Limit: 32 years*

Research Associates 

IIITM-K conducts a walk-in interview for the selection of Research Associates in a project on 
building Internet of Things powered Data Analytics/Mining platform.

1. Research Associate in Internet of Things - 1 Post 
Qualifications:

Essential: M.Tech. in Electronics with 60% marks and 4-5 years of work
 Experience in Electronics Industry.

Desirable: Work experience in Circuit Design/Embedded Systems 

Remuneration: Rs 27,000-30,000/- Per Month, depending on the experience (consolidated)

2. Research Associate in Data Analytics - 1 Post

Qualifications:

Essential: B.Tech in Computer Science/M.CA with 60% marks and 2-3 years of 
 work Experience in Industry.

Desirable: Research Experience in Data Analytics/Mining with at least TWO 
 Publications in peer reviewed conference or journal in Data Analytics/Mining 

Remuneration: Rs 18,000-21,000/- Per Month, depending on the experience (consolidated)
Career Opportunities: The appointments are purely temporary and will be for a period of 6 months.
